Michele Barr is the President and Director of Miracles Adoption Agency, Inc. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology, she spent the next 8 years of her career working with women, children and families in crisis in the social services field. Her goal with the agency is provide the highest level of service to all involved, while still maintaining the personal touch that can make all the difference.

Matt Barr is a co-founder and Vice President of Miracles. Immediately after his birth, Matt’s birth mother made a courageous decision to place him with an adoptive family, fulfilling their wish of a child of their own to love and nurture. Shortly thereafter, their family was complete with the adoption of a baby girl, his little sister. In 1999, Matt fully understood the joy and blessing of adoption when he continued the legacy with the adoption of his own son. His knowledge and experience of both being an adopted child and an adoptive parent is an invaluable asset to our agency.
